Stage 1 Remap
On stage 1 remap, we do individual changes for fuel injection quantity, start of injection, turbocharger boost pressure, rail pressure, turbine geometry control and for limiting maps.
Stage 2 / 3 Remap
We can make Stage 2, 3 remap for highly modified engine with hybrid turbochargers, bigger injectors, modified high pressure fuel pumps, free flow exhaust systems, etc.
DPF/FAP Removal
We use various methods to disable regeneration of DPF systems. After successful shutdown, filter can be removed from exhaust system without causing error codes or limp mode.
EGR Removal
To turn off EGR valve we use different solutions for different models. At the end EGR is switched off and cause no more problems. Engine will be more efficient with better fuel economy.
DTC Removal
We can remove and turn off any diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P xxxx from Engine Control Unit causing you problems (for example check engine light on). When DTC is off component can be removed.
AdBlue/SCR Removal
We use switch or combined solution to disable AdBlue. After successful shutdown, whole AdBlue system can be removed without data trouble codes or safe mode.
GPF/OPF Removal
We can also solve the problems of gasoline particulate filter GPF/OPF/PPF. After successful shutdown, filter can be removed from exhaust system without causing error codes or limp mode.
Intake/Swirl Flaps
Some cars have issues with the Flaps and being the repair costs high, we simply offer to switch it off and deactivate the flaps by disconnecting them and removing functionality.
EVAP Removal
The Evaporative Emission Control System (EVAP) is used to prevent gasoline vapors from escaping into the atmosphere. We offer a solution to remove this system.
Lambda / Decat / O2
If catalyst has been removed we can disable second lambda, while the first lambda sensor still controls fuelling and maintains correct values without detecting low efficiency.
Start-Stop Disable
Start/stop can be very annoying, as every time the car is driven it has to be switched off to avoid car disconnecting itself. We can turn this function off permanently.
Speed Limit Remove
Almost every vehicle has absolute speed limiter. Some have 190km/h others 250km/h. We can lower/increase this limiter according to your needs.
MAF Sensor Disable
MAF is very important for fuel regulation, but sometimes on high powered tuned cars the MAF reading hits maximum value causing fault registration. We can disable it.
Hot/Warm Engine Start Fix
Some cars have a bug in ECU software causing big problem to start engine when hot or warm. We offer alternative to fix it only by changing the software.
Hard Cut Limiter with Flames (Diesel)
We can make your exhaust sound and look insane by adding flames in popcorn / hard cut limiter. This option is for diesel engines.
Pops and Bangs / Crackles (Petrol)
We can make your exhaust sound better by adding pop and bangs / crackles / overruns, less or more aggressive depending on customer wish. For petrol engines.
Popcorn / Hard Cut Limiter (Diesel)
We can make your exhaust sound better by adding popcorn / hard cut limiter, less or more aggressive depending on customer wish. For diesel engines.
Throttle Body / Shut Off Valve
Some cars have issues with the throttle flap showing trouble codes, often going into safe mode. We offer a solution for diesel and petrol engines.
Launch Control
Launch control makes the car launch from 0km/h as fast as possible, limiting power during 1st and 2nd gear. Available on a limited number of models.
Deep Loud Exhaust Sound (Diesel)
We developed a solution for deeper and louder exhaust sound at idle for diesel engines. Sounds more promoting. Works only at idle RPMs, doesn't affect cruise driving.
Exhaust Flap in Muffler
Exhaust rear muffler has a flap reducing noise during cold start. When it fails or you want to modify the exhaust, we can help remove safe mode issues.
IMMO OFF
If you have problems with immobilizer and don't want to buy new ECU or modules, we can help disable it. Not all ECU's have the ability to turn it off.
Cold Start Sound OFF
Petrol engines activate lambda pre-heating when cold, which can be very loud in the morning with modified exhaust. We can turn off cold start noise.
Secondary Air Injection OFF
The secondary air injection system cleans up exhaust leftovers but tends to fail often. We offer a solution to disable it completely.
