On stage 1 remap, we do individual changes for fuel injection quantity, start of injection, turbocharger boost pressure, rail pressure, turbine geometry control and for limiting maps.
We can make Stage 2, 3 remap for highly modified engine with hybrid turbochargers, bigger injectors, modified high pressure fuel pumps, free flow exhaust systems, etc.
We use various methods to disable regeneration of DPF systems. After successful shutdown, filter can be removed from exhaust system without causing error codes or limp mode.
To turn off EGR valve we use different solutions for different models. At the end EGR is switched off and cause no more problems. Engine will be more efficient with better fuel economy.
We can remove and turn off any diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P xxxx from Engine Control Unit causing you problems (for example check engine light on). When DTC is off component can be removed.
We use switch or combined solution to disable AdBlue. After successful shutdown, whole AdBlue system can be removed without data trouble codes or safe mode.

Some cars have issues with the Flaps and being the repair costs high, we simply offer to switch it off and deactivate the flaps by disconnecting them and removing functionality.
The Evaporative Emission Control System (EVAP) is used to prevent gasoline vapors from escaping into the atmosphere. We offer a solution to remove this system.
If catalyst has been removed we can disable second lambda, while the first lambda sensor still controls fuelling and maintains correct values without detecting low efficiency.
Start/stop can be very annoying, as every time the car is driven it has to be switched off to avoid car disconnecting itself. We can turn this function off permanently.

Launch control makes the car launch from 0km/h as fast as possible, limiting power during 1st and 2nd gear. Available on a limited number of models.
We developed a solution for deeper and louder exhaust sound at idle for diesel engines. Sounds more promoting. Works only at idle RPMs, doesn't affect cruise driving.
Exhaust rear muffler has a flap reducing noise during cold start. When it fails or you want to modify the exhaust, we can help remove safe mode issues.
If you have problems with immobilizer and don't want to buy new ECU or modules, we can help disable it. Not all ECU's have the ability to turn it off.
Petrol engines activate lambda pre-heating when cold, which can be very loud in the morning with modified exhaust. We can turn off cold start noise.
